Poet Gibson Fay-Leblanc, author of the collection Deke Dangle Dive will read from his work. Fay-Leblanc’s first collection, Death of a Ventriloquist, was the recipient of the Vassar Miller Prize, and his work has appeared The New Republic, Tin House, FIELD, Poetry Northwest, Orion, Guernica, the Kenyon Review, Publishers Weekly, Slice, and elsewhere.

Fay-Leblanc served as the City of Portland’s fifth Poet Laureate and has been involved with local community arts organizations including The Telling Room, SPACE Gallery, and the Hewnoaks Artist Colony. He is the current executive director of the Maine Writers & Publishers Alliance.
